The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring a Dispatcher I (24 Hour Relief) on a permanent basis. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.
Shift: 12hr shifts Mon-Fri when not required for 24hr relief coverage. 6am-6pm/6pm-6am.
What you’ll do:
Operate and maintain Terminal Management System
Maintain operation of loading racks, products and customers
Maintain Rack and Product information (Products, Temperatures, Additive Rates, Recipes etc)
Generate, Process and Key Truck and Rail Bills of Lading
Analyze and Forecast for planning of Rail and Truck Loading
Assist with Driver Orientation and training
Assist in the maintaining of FCL Truck maintenance records.
Inventory management of off-site terminals and corporate bulk plants.
Other duties as assigned.
