The Customer Service Representative is responsible for store opening/closing duties and customer service during store operating hours.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities





- Skills in verbal communication required to deal with customers and others within the organization

- Organizational skills an asset

- Background in customer service oriented industry

Effort & Responsibility
- Ability to make decisions quickly and often without warning i.e. customer service situations

- Responsible for dealing with large amounts of cash

Working Conditions
- Work setting is pleasant but challenging

- Frequent lifting including heavy objects, while stocking shelves or putting away deliveries

Training and Experience
- Experience in cash procedures preferably in a computerized atmosphere
