Metro Ford is currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Vehicle Porter / Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department. If you take pride in delivering exceptional service, enjoy working with vehicles, and thrive in a fast-paced environment—this is the chance for you!

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery for service customers
- Move vehicles between the service mall, parking lot, and customer pick-up area
- Greet customers upon arrival and ensure a positive service experience
- Keep the service drive, shop, and common areas clean and professional
- Wash and fuel shuttle vehicles daily
- Maintain detailed logs of vehicle movements and deliveries
- Install/remove protective coverings on vehicles
- Support dealership operations with errands, snow removal, and shop cleanup
- Occasionally assist with customer shuttle driving
- Open and close the Service Department as required

What We’re Looking For:




- Valid Alberta Class 4 or 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round and walking/bending throughout the day
- Safety shoes required
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
