We are seeking an experienced Cognos Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM Cognos Analytics, SQL, data modeling, and report development.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.

Design data models, packages, and metadata layers for business reporting.

Gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop reports using Cognos Report Studio and Cognos Analytics.

Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Support production issues, enhancements, and release deployments.

Integrate Cognos with SQL Server, Oracle, and Azure data platforms.

Participate in UAT, data validation, testing,



and technical documentation.

Required Skills 6 8 years of experience in Cognos development.

Solid hands-on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics .

Expertise in Cognos Report Studio .

Strong SQL and database concepts .

Experience with data modeling, metadata, and packages.

Understanding of ETL concepts and enterprise data environments.

Experience with reporting performance optimization and troubleshooting.

Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
