Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience Work setting General manufacturing Tasks Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables Set up and adjust production machineries/tools Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance Verify dimensions of parts machined using accurate measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools Employment terms options To be determined Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 32 to 44 hours per week
