The School The role is within our School of Applied Sciences and Technology.

The departments within the School are located on our Grande Prairie campus.





The School offers a variety of programming in Fine Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Sciences, and Animal Health Technology.

Through this programming, we offer a variety of certificates, diplomas, university transfer courses, as well as a degree in computing science.

The Role The Humanities and Social Sciences Department is preparing for a Bachelor of Social Work program and needs a number of subject matter experts to work on related course development for the following courses.

Candidates are invited to apply to develop one or more of the courses based on their experience and expertise. SW3110 Social Work and Intercultural Practice SW3120 Social Work Practice Skills, Processes, and Strategies SW3600 Applied Social Policy SW4190 Leadership and Advocacy SW4360 Green Social Work and Sustainability SW4370 Human Development in a Northern, Rural, and Indigenous Context The subject matter experts will Finalize course descriptions and write appropriate learning outcomes Write descriptions of proposed assessments and weightings This part-time, term-certain position will commence as soon as possible with application review ongoing until all positions are filled.
