We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator to support daily front-office operations in West Vancouver, British Columbia.

This contract is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming client experience, coordinating appointments, and handling administrative tasks in a busy clinic setting.

The successful candidate will play an important role in keeping schedules organized, assisting clients with hearing care products and services, and ensuring accurate documentation and billing support.

Responsibilities: Welcome clients upon arrival, confirm appointments, and prepare examination or consultation rooms for scheduled visits.

Coordinate the daily calendar by arranging appointments, sending reminders, and following up to help maintain attendance.

Provide attentive customer service in person and over the phone, responding to inquiries with professionalism and empathy.





Support the sale of hearing aids and related products by explaining basic information, processing transactions, and assisting with client needs.

Perform basic hearing aid handling such as removing batteries, completing easy upkeep tasks, and preparing devices for client use.

Maintain accurate client records within CRM and office systems while ensuring documentation is current and complete.

Assist with billing activities, including processing claims and supporting files related to third-party payers such as workplace insurance and benefits providers.

Contribute to smooth clinic operations by completing general administrative duties and adapting to day-to-day front desk priorities.
