Archer Solution Architect RSA Archer / GRC Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Hybrid Job Type: Full-Time Permanent (FTE) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Archer Solution Architect with strong expertise in RSA Archer / Archer GRC to lead enterprise architecture, solution design, integration, governance, and modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) programs and experience designing scalable Archer solutions across Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Privacy, and Regulatory functions.

Key Responsibilities Define enterprise architecture and solution strategies for RSA Archer / Archer GRC implementations.

Design scalable and secure Archer GRC solutions supporting: Enterprise Risk Management Compliance Audit Management Privacy Regulatory Programs Governance Establish integration patterns, data models, security architecture, and platform governance .

Define and maintain Archer solution architecture, technical standards, and design principles.

Lead architecture reviews, solution assessments, roadmap planning, and modernization initiatives .

Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, audit, security, and technology stakeholders to align Archer capabilities with enterprise governance objectives .

Provide technical leadership and architecture oversight for complex Archer transformations and implementations .





Evaluate existing Archer environments and recommend opportunities for platform optimization and modernization .

Ensure Archer solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Support technical teams with architecture guidance, design decisions, and implementation oversight.

Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer / Archer GRC .

Proven experience as an Archer Solution Architect / GRC Architect .

Strong understanding of GRC frameworks, processes, and enterprise risk management .

Experience designing Archer solutions for Risk, Compliance, Audit, Privacy, and Regulatory programs.

Strong knowledge of solution architecture, enterprise architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns .

Experience with security architecture and platform governance .

Experience leading architecture reviews and modernization initiatives .

Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills Experience with large-scale RSA Archer implementations and transformations .

Experience integrating Archer with enterprise applications and data platforms.

Knowledge of API-based integrations and enterprise integration patterns .

Experience working with highly regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Government .

Solid understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
