This on-site role involves assisting customers in finding vehicles that fit their needs, building relationships to foster customer loyalty, and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesDeliver a premium, consultative sales experience by building relationships and creating customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Demonstrate expert product knowledge of MINI vehicles and technology. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.Conduct high-quality vehicle demonstrations (new & pre-owned)Maintain strong follow-up to drive referrals and retentionFollow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situationsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsDirect report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives,
