**Job Description:**
**Role & Responsibilities :**
Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and technology stakeholders.

Document business processes, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Manage and refine Jira backlog items and maintain Confluence documentation.

Analyze APIs, source systems, interfaces, and data mappings.

Support solution design discussions with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QE teams.

Coordinate testing activities, defect management, and business signoff.

Support audit, governance, risk, and control documentation.
**Required Experience**
7+ years as Business Systems Analyst / Senior BSA
Jira and Confluence expertise
Agile/Scrum delivery experience
API and integration analysis
Banking or financial services experience
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across business and technology
**Preferred Experience**
e-signature platforms
Nodejs, Java, Azure ASP
Data mapping and source-system analysis
