What You''ll Actually Be Doing Owning the First Class Free (FCF) funnel show rate + conversion Driving consult bookings + closes for personal training Following up with leads daily (text, call, email, in-person) Running cold outreach (local businesses, events, partnerships) Working the floor talking to people before/after class and converting interest Building relationships that turn into long-term clients Tracking your numbers and improving weekly What Success Looks Like You consistently hit and exceed daily/weekly sales targets You turn first-timers into members and PT clients You actively generate leads,
