Job Responsibilities This position reports to the Parts Manager and is responsible to:
Source and sell parts andaccessories to existing and prospective customers through exceptional service.
Generatequotes and complete orders as per customer requests.
Assistcustomers post sale with any warranty and/or service needs.
Answerand make sales calls as needed.
Loadand unload parts deliveries.
Checkload related documents to ensure shipments are complete and accurate.
Maintainretail sales floor to meet dealership standards and ensure customersatisfaction.
Takea pro-active approach to inventory control by assisting and/or reportingdiscrepancies.
Skills and Qualifications 2-3 years previous experience in a parts position
A high degree of product knowledge
Theright mind set, customer service skills, and detail orientation are key to thisrole.




Must be a team player with the ability to buildstrong relationships with customers and fellow co-workers.
Knowledge of Agriculture and Equipment would be anasset.
Must possess positive written and strong verbalcommunication skills.
Proficient in using computers and word processing/spreadsheetsoftware.
Able to work flexible and extended hours whenneeded.
Wage Range $50,000-$58,000 per year
Placement within the wage range is based on skills, experience and qualifications
Applicants with more or less experience and qualifications may be placed outside the salary range
