Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Transformation and Performance, you will create and update learning materials that support AML, project management, and transformation initiatives. Your expertise in Articulate 360 will be essential for delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop learning strategies aligned with OneCap's goals
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to design tailored solutions
• Assess optimal methods for delivering training




• Design and deliver various learning programs
• Facilitate national training sessions, virtually and in person

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in Learning & Development roles
• Fluency in Articulate 360 and design tools
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Experience in adult learning theory and instructional design
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
