In this full-time hybrid role, you will report to the Manager, Enterprise Risk Management. Your expertise in business continuity planning and risk management will be crucial as you design and govern the BCP function. Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of awareness and continuous improvement while aligning with organizational strategies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the Business Continuity Planning framework
• Set performance metrics and assess BCP maturity
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders




• Report findings to Executives and the Board of Commissioners
• Lead initiatives from concept to implementation

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field
• Considerable experience in business continuity or risk management
• Knowledge of public-sector regulations and standards
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
