Candidates are also accountable for analyzing business and Information Technology issues as they pertain to the use of geospatial information and technology working at this post. Candidates are accountable at this post to transfer geospatial technology knowledge to groups well-versed in the field and groups new to the field.




They’re also accountable for maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of both the current and planned GIS platforms and development environments working at this post.
Applicants are accountable at this post to participate in geospatial information and technology project teams as requested and provide advice to team members working at this post.
Job requirement
Candidates must attain post-secondary education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems, Geography or an equivalent combination of education and experience to be eligible for this post.
Along with this, they must have experience in planning, executing and managing geospatial change initiatives in an enterprise setting to be eligible for this post.
Candidates must have experience with geospatial data management and map service management using Esri ArcGIS technology to be eligible for this post.
They must attain the ability to analyze user requirements, recommend solutions and communicate the means of geospatial technologies to be eligible for this post.
Work setting They must attain the ability to work flexible hours, including days, afternoons, nights and weekends, to be eligible for this post.
