Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the WCAN equipment leasing process from budgeting to implementation

• Ensure data integrity in asset management systems
• Develop Equipment Maintenance super-user groups for knowledge sharing
• Monitor lease execution and improve reporting accountability

Requirements:
• 5-7 years in construction or equipment leasing
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and drive decisions
