As a Staff System Architect for CoSim Diagnostics at GM, you will own the end-to-end architecture for diagnostic access and network models. This role involves significant collaboration with teams in virtual environments to ensure robust data flows and integrate diagnostic and NVM behaviors into testing scenarios. Your expertise will guide the integration of capabilities while maintaining security and governance standards in development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own diagnostic access and integration for L3/L4 CoSim
• Define NVM behavior and power mode strategies
• Maintain clear APIs for seamless pipeline integration
• Develop dashboards for metrics and execution trends
• Standardize release documentation and user-facing materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 12+ years in software or platform engineering
• Expertise in automotive diagnostics (UDS, DoIP)
• Experience with network simulation and protocol stacks
• Robust skills in data modeling and reporting/BI
