• Lead assembly projects with low to moderate complexity

• Interpret engineering documents and Oracle Bills of Materials
• Perform visual inspections pre and post-assembly
• Maintain accuracy in the internal KANBAN process

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years mechanical assembly experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs with assistance
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
