Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily Out of School Care program operations
• Supervise and support educators and program staff
• Develop engaging and age-appropriate programming
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and schools
• Maintain program documentation and quality monitoring

Requirements:
• 19 years of age or older
• Responsible Adult Certification required
• Valid First Aid Certificate with CPR
• Several years of child care experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience in child care
