Job Title: Project Manager (Commercial and Institutional Construction)
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 annually (based on experience)

What You'll Do: Lead construction projects from planning through completion.
Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
Collaborate with Project Coordinators, Site Superintendents,



and leadership teams.
Monitor project financials, mitigate risks, and drive successful project outcomes.
What We're Looking For: 7-10 years of Project Management experience in commercial, institutional, or public-sector construction.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
Proven ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams and priorities.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills with a collaborative approach.
