FLINT is inviting experienced Pipefitters for a project from August 5 to September 15, 2026, in Empress, AB. Candidates with Journeyman or 3rd/4th Year Apprentice certifications and at least three years in oil and gas construction are encouraged to apply. This physically demanding role involves vessel blinding, valve change-outs, internal inspections, and operating zoom boom equipment on a 6 days on, 1 day off rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform vessel blinding and valve change-outs
• Conduct internal inspections and welding tasks
• Handle material and operate zoom boom equipment
• Execute rigging and bundle pulling activities
• Manage fueling equipment safely
Requirements:
• Valid Trade certificate (Journeyman or Apprentice)
• Minimum 3 years in oil and gas construction
• Meet CSTS 2020 safety ticket requirements
• Reliable transportation to the site
• Completion of drug and alcohol testing required
