Sales Supervisor - Retail Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Work setting: Urban area. Retail business.
Tasks:
Assign sales workers to duties
Order merchandise
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Supervision: Retail salespersons and sales clerks.
Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Valid driver's licence. Public transportation is available.
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Handling heavy loads. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Walking. Standing for extended periods.
Own tools/equipment: Computer. Printer. Internet access. Cellular phone.

Salary: $ 25.00 HOUR hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
