In this full time role, you'll leverage your expertise in employer engagement, job development, and placements to contribute to The Career Foundation's mission. Collaborating closely with Career Success Coaches, your goal is to meet individual targets while fostering strong relationships across various sectors. You will identify labor market trends and inform job placement strategies to align client capabilities with employer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct targeted employer outreach and networking activities
• Plan hiring fairs and recruitment events




• Maintain communication with employers for long-term partnerships
• Identify labor market trends to inform strategies
• Meet individual targets for job placements and engagement

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in relevant field
• Two years of experience in employer engagement or business development
• Proven ability to negotiate job placements
• Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication skills and organizational ability
