What You’ll Be Doing
We know that exceptional patient care goes beyond scheduling appointments and processing paperwork—it’s about creating a welcoming experience, building trust, and ensuring every visit is smooth and stress-free.
In a typical day, you’ll :
Be the warm, welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring every patient feels valued and cared for
Manage phone calls, direct inquiries, and efficiently book appointments
Maintain and organize the patient database with accuracy and confidentiality
Oversee insurance claims, billing systems, and follow up with insurance companies
Establish and manage office protocols to keep operations running smoothly
Coordinate and optimize appointment schedules
What you’ll bring to the role:
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
