Nobleton Veterinary Clinic is an independent, vet-owned clinic and we're looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join our growing small animal hospital. We are going through an exciting period of growth and modernization, and we’re looking for someone who wants to play a meaningful role in building an amazing team and an exceptionally well-run practice.

What You'll Do

Working closely with the practice owner and Medical Director, you will help oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including:

- Leading, supporting, and motivating our veterinary and support teams
- Managing scheduling, onboarding, training, and staff performance
- Creating a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture
- Having the occasional difficult conversation when needed (we promise you’ll survive!)
- Improving workflows, organization, and hospital systems
- Helping oversee inventory, purchasing, vendors, and administrative processes
- Monitoring billing practices and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability
- Handling escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Helping implement recent technology and systems as we continue to modernize

Previous veterinary practice management experience is strongly preferred. RVT or veterinary experience is an asset, but we will also consider candidates with strong management experience in healthcare, medical, dental, hospitality, or other service-based environments.
