Vice President, Strategic Finance & Analytics

- Own the financial oversight and analytical framework for Sunrun's commission and incentive programs across all functions.
- Partner with functional leaders and the People/Compensation teams to model the financial impact of plan design changes and quota-setting.
- Develop reporting and analytics to provide visibility into commission expense trends, attainment distributions, and ROI of incentive spend.
- Ensure commission accruals and forecasts are accurate and fully integrated into the broader FP&A; planning cycle.
