Position Summary

We are seeking an innovative Video Content Creator to produce engaging, direct-response media for our paid and organic channels across all Go Lime brands. In this field-based role, you will leverage authentic storytelling by capturing real technicians and live home comfort installations. Your goal is to translate the reality of our industry into high-performing content that drives engagement and conversions across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and produce high-quality video content tailored for both paid advertising and social media channels across all Go Lime brands.
- Capture authentic, on-site footage featuring real HVAC technicians at work, home comfort installations, and compelling customer testimonials.
- Operate independently to manage the end-to-end production process—from initial shooting to final post-production editing.




- Travel across various regional locations with your own video production gear to efficiently capture dynamic, on-site content that represents our active field operations.

Requirements

- 2 to 4 years of experience creating end-to-end short-form video content.
- Demonstrated experience producing short-form video content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Robust understanding of direct-response video and how to create content designed to drive engagement, clicks, leads, and conversions.
- Proven ability to manage the full video production process independently, including concept development, shooting, lighting/audio, editing, and final delivery.
- Must own basic video gear, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel to various locations.

Portfolio Requirement

- Must provide a portfolio that includes direct-response ad creative that has actively run on Meta, TikTok, or YouTube.
