Babel Group Inc. operates a fast-growing men's grooming brand. We are hiring an experienced Video Editor to create high-converting, short-form ads for Meta and TikTok.This is a performance-focused role for an editor who understands direct response creative. You will turn UGC, scripted footage, product footage, and lifestyle b-roll into clear, compelling ads that drive action. You will work closely with our creative strategists and marketing team to develop, test, and improve winning concepts.

What You’ll Do

- Edit direct response video ads for Meta and TikTok using UGC, scripted footage, product footage, and lifestyle b-roll.
- Create strong hooks, dynamic pacing, captions, sound design, on-screen text, and clear calls to action.
- Use buyer psychology and performance feedback to improve creative and produce new variations quickly.
- Generate voiceovers with ElevenLabs and create supporting clips with Higgsfield when needed.
- Keep project files and media assets organized while managing multiple edits and deadlines.
- Stay current with proven platform-native editing styles and trends.





Requirements

- Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills.
- Proven experience editing direct response ads for DTC or e-commerce brands.
- A portfolio or relevant work samples are required.
- Experience using Higgsfield and ElevenLabs.
- Strong understanding of marketing psychology, emotional storytelling, and conversion-focused video creative for Meta and TikTok.
- Excellent judgment around hooks, pacing, captions, audio, visual hierarchy, and calls to action.
- Fast, reliable turnaround times, an organized workflow, and clear written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and apply feedback quickly.
