As a Service Technician, you’ll be inspecting and repairing modular buildings while ensuring compliance with safety policies. Your role requires hands-on expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems, making sure that all make-ready tasks meet customer satisfaction. You’ll also promote health and safety programs and maintain an organized work area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and repair modular building systems and components
• Perform framing, electrical, plumbing, and flooring repairs
• Conduct check-in/out inspections of rented buildings
• Maintain inventory levels of tools and parts
• Provide courteous customer service over the phone and in person
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• Knowledge of carpentry; electrical and plumbing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently in rapid-paced environments
• Computer knowledge and good communication skills
