What You’ll Be Doing:

Start each day at our SE Calgary office and head out on routes with your team

Arrive at customer locations and deliver a professional, friendly first impression

Assess the job and provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate

Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and overcome objections to close the sale

Safely remove junk from homes and businesses

Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly

Represent the brand with energy, integrity,



and a winning attitude

What We’re Looking For:

19+ years old (insurance requirement)

Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)

Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)

No previous junk removal experience required — we train you!

Mandatory Requirements

Physical Requirements: Are you able to meet the job requirements of physical labor, often requiring repeated heavy lifting for 8+ hours a day?

Certifications: Do you hold a valid class 5 Driver's License? (Please note we require proof of a driver's license prior to offer)

Age Requirement: For this role, our insurance requires you to be at least 19 years of age.

Reliable Transportation: This is an on-site role. Do you have a reliable way to get to our office location by 6:00 AM?
