As a Health Care Aide (HCA) reporting to the Home Care Manager, you'll engage directly with clients, demonstrating respect and genuine care. Your role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, assisting with hygiene, nutrition, and mobility needs while ensuring safety and effective communication. This position demands a commitment to patient-centered care in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care according to clients’ plans
• Assist with daily living activities in various settings




• Report on clients’ mood and wellbeing regularly
• Support organized activities for patients' engagement
• Maintain a protected environment for clients and staff

Requirements:
• HCA Certificate within 18 months of hiring
• Active status on Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• 2 years ongoing experience in Continuing Care or Home Care
• Flexibility to work shifts in varying conditions
