Key responsibilities include generating quotes, assisting customers with service needs, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities:
• Sell parts and accessories to customers through excellent service
• Generate quotes and complete parts orders accurately




• Assist customers with warranty and service needs post-sale
• Manage inbound parts deliveries, ensuring completeness
• Maintain sales floor standards and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in a parts role
• Strong product knowledge and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and team player
• Proficient in computer software and communication skills
• Flexible availability for extended hours
