Elevate client services as the VP of Private Equity Fund Administration. Manage deliverables for Private Equity clients while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee day-to-day client deliverables, including Net Asset Valuations and financial statements for Private Equity fund administration clients. You’re expected to demonstrate deep knowledge of fund structures, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and manage client expectations consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client deliverables while overseeing expectations and timelines
• Enhance operational efficiency by monitoring industry best practices
• Liaise with internal stakeholders in audit, compliance, and investor relations




• Ensure adherence to control frameworks and related policies
• Mentor staff and supervise client-related technical issues

Requirements:
• CA or CPA with 8+ years in Private Equity fund administration
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA
• Excellent leadership skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
