Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain outdoor areas and gardens at Sifton properties
• Perform repairs including drainage and foundation leak fixes
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents




• Operate and maintain various maintenance tools and vehicles
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal and gardening

Requirements:
• Experience in grounds or property maintenance preferred
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification for Working at Heights is an asset
