Our manufacturing client seeks a CNC Supervisor to manage daily CNC production activities. With a focus on efficiency, you will operate CNC machines while providing technical guidance to staff. This position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to training team members on CNC operations and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily CNC production on the afternoon shift
• Operate and troubleshoot CNC machines as needed
• Provide hands-on leadership and support to production staff




• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Maintain production reports and communicate updates

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred
• Robust knowledge of CNC programming and CAD/CAM software
• Health and safety training certs like WHMIS are an asset
