WCC is now seeking a new President to lead overall operations, including vision and strategy, business development, team growth, and implementation of scalable systems and processes.



The role focuses on long-term sustainable growth while maintaining WCC’s entrepreneurial and agile culture.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, entrepreneurial construction leader with P&L; experience in a general contracting environment. Specific wood-frame multi-residential construction expertise is preferred. They will bring a growth and strategic mindset capable of building strong relationships across the organization, ownership, industry, and clients.

Ideally based in Alberta or Saskatchewan, this is a unique opportunity to take on an entrepreneurial opportunity to grow a business while leveraging the scale, pipeline, and integrated capabilities of a more mature private developer.
