**Job Description:**
We are seeking an ML/AI Systems Design Engineer to design, develop, and validate scalable AI/ML solutions that support product development and system optimization.

This role focuses on driving technical innovation, implementing machine learning models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI/ML technologies.
**Responsibilities:**
Drive technical innovation to enhance AI/ML capabilities across validation, technical methodologies, and cross-functional initiatives.

Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex engineering problems.

Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of AI/ML models.

Document AI/ML processes, models, algorithms, and technical methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing applications and workflows.

Develop AI/ML models for system validation and optimization.

Design and implement Large Language Model (LLM)-powered agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Develop prompt orchestration, tool-calling workflows, vector-store indexing strategies, and end-to-end agent evaluation processes.

Support product development, solution definition, and root cause analysis activities.
**Experience:**
Experience with system design, development, and validation methodologies.

Experience designing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.

Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensor

Flow and PyTorch.

Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into existing systems and workflows.





Experience designing and implementing LLM-powered agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

Experience with prompt orchestration, tool calling, vector-store indexing, and agent workflow evaluation.

Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.

Understanding of AI/ML regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks through completion.
