At Jacobs, we’re helping solve some of the world’s most complex environmental challenges—cleaning up communities, protecting natural resources, and supporting sustainable outcomes.
Behind every successful field project is a reliable equipment program, and that’s where you come in.
As a Field Equipment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our field teams by managing, maintaining, and coordinating equipment used on projects across Canada.
Based out of our Burnaby warehouse, this is a hands-on role that’s ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with equipment, staying organized, and supporting teams in the field.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Receive, prepare, maintain, and issue field equipment from the Burnaby warehouse
* Coordinate equipment and vehicle requests, shipments, and returns across Canada
* Pick up and deliver equipment from vendors, suppliers, and Jacobs offices
* Track inventory using digital tools and maintain accurate records
* Process internal billing, data entry, and inventory documentation
* Respond to equipment requests, often requiring quick turnarounds
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements
* Maintain high standards of customer service and safety
You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and handling requests by phone and email that often require quick turnarounds.
Working with other members of our team, you will quickly learn the shipping and receiving processes of different delivery/shipping companies.
If you’re up for the challenge, we’ve been looking for someone just like you.
Join our team and help us lay the foundation for human progress.
This is a 6‑month contract position, with the potential for extension or transition to a full‑time role based on business needs and performance.
