Key Responsibilities
Direct and support installation crews on site, making sure work is sequenced properly and completed to company standards.
Review plans, field conditions, and daily priorities so labor is focused on the right tasks at the right time instead of reacting late.
Coordinate with project managers, site contacts, and other trades when conditions affect access, timing, safety, or turnover.
Monitor quality, safety, housekeeping, pace, and crew professionalism throughout the day rather than only at closeout.
Escalate field issues early and help drive punch completion, final adjustments, and clean jobsite closeout.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading commercial installation crews or supervising comparable field labor on active jobsites.
Robust communication, problem-solving, and crew-management skills under real project pressure and shifting field conditions.
Ability to read floor plans, interpret layouts, and turn project intent into organized daily execution.
Solid working knowledge of office furniture systems, installation methods, and common jobsite coordination issues.
Commitment to safety, accountability, and professional conduct with clients, vendors, and crew members.
