About the Prospect A niche financial investment office based in Saskatoon seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to work closely with the Investment Advisor, Daryl Cooper of Daryl Cooper Wealth Management at iA Private Wealth across all aspects of running the business.
This is a broad, trusted support role covering executive assistance, operations, client relationship management and systems coordination.
The investment team ethos operates on a foundation of Christian values including truth, transparency integrity, honesty, clarity, diligence, humility and patience.These values are central to how the business runs and how it works with clients and partners.
Whilst the successful candidate does not have to be Christian, the role does require a genuine alignment with and comfort working within, this ethical and cultural foundation day to day.
The Role You'll provide dependable, end-to-end administrative and operational support in order that leadership, clients and internal systems are consistently well looked after. Day to day, this includes:
Diary, calendar and email management.
Appointment scheduling and confirmations.
Client onboarding and file coordination.
CRM and database upkeep.
Following up with clients, leads, partners and suppliers.
Tracking tasks, deadlines and deliverables.




Supporting workflow and process improvement.
Acting as a liaison between the business, clients and external contacts.
Assisting with events, meetings, reporting and special projects.
General operational support to keep the business running smoothly.
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of relevant experience - this is not an entry level role.
Operational experience is required. You need a proven track record managing operations, systems or administrative functions at a mature level.
Executive assistant experience is required.
Financial services or investment industry experience is preferred as there is scope to take relevant financial qualifications (fully supported) to work closely with the Investment Advisor to shadow investments and operations.
Strong organizational skills, sound judgment and the ability to work independently without close supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the discretion to handle confidential client and business information appropriately.
Comfort working within a compliance minded environment given the regulated nature of the business.
Nice to Have Interest in eventually pursuing licensing within the Canadian securities industry (not required, but valued)
