Job details

Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience.

Work setting: Business services. Sales. Private sector. Management. Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG).

Tasks: Conduct performance reviews. Arrange training for staff. Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments. Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales. Determine strategic planning related to new product lines. Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Supervision: 5-10 people. Staff in various areas of responsibility.

Area of specialization: Communications.

Security and safety: Bondable. Basic security clearance.

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced workplace. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail.

Own tools/equipment: Computer. Printer.
