Join the esteemed Eastern Ontario Regional Laboratory Association as a full time Academic Surgical Pathologist in Ottawa. Contribute to a high-volume practice while utilizing your expertise in anatomical pathology and hematopathology.This position is available immediately for a qualified candidate with residency training in anatomical pathology and fellowship training in hematopathology. You will work within a team of over 40 pathologists in a subspecialized model with an impressive annual workload exceeding 120,000 surgical cases. The role encourages additional expertise in subspecialties like breast, gynecologic,



or gastrointestinal pathology.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and diagnose a range of surgical specimens- Collaborate with a diverse team of pathologists- Engage in teaching and academic research opportunities- Utilize advanced digital pathology platforms- Participate in subspecialty areas beyond primary focusRequirements:- MD degree with anatomical pathology certification- Royal College certification or equivalent- Eligibility for licensure in Ontario- Commitment to mandatory vaccinations- Satisfactory Criminal Records Check requiredElevate your career as a pathologist and engage in impactful diagnostics within the vibrant medical community of Ottawa.#J-18808-Ljbffr
