Coordinator, Learning Systems Administration4 days in office, 1 day WFH3 months Contract + extension$30-$33 per hourHays has partners with a Professional Services company based in Downtown Toronto.As a Coordinator, Learning Systems Administration, you will:- Act as the subject matter expert for core learning systems and platforms- Coordinate and execute learning system administration and L&D operations tasks, including processing enrollments, access requests, configuration requests, routine system administration on a defined cadence, and LMS sandbox maintenance and refresh activities- Manage data uploads, imports, and transfers between learning systems- Maintain system data integrity by leading and executing data cleanup activities, reconciling user licenses, managing active and inactive user populations, and flagging issues- Support the maintenance of learning matrices to ensure accuracy and alignment with L&D standards and business requirements- Update and maintain courses, pathways, learning plans, and related assets to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and consistency across the learning ecosystem, and decommission content as required- Run regular system reporting (e.G., monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc)
and maintain and enhance LMS reporting capabilities- Initiate Level 1 troubleshooting within learning systems to address issues end to end, coordinating with internal teams, IT, and external vendors as required- Maintain existing workflows and tasks and update documentation as neededHere's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick:- 1+ years of hands‑on experience supporting learning systems operations, including administration and content curation, with working knowledge of learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to support reporting, documentation, and collaboration- Intermediate experience using work management tools to track tasks, manage workflows, and support project delivery- Working knowledge of content authoring tools and an applied understanding of learning experience design principles- Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively as part of a cooperative teamAI may be used to screen, assess or select applicants
