Our post-secondary client is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Test Lead) to own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for a graduate awards platform replacement project in a higher education environment (Hybrid, Edmonton; on-site Tue/Wed/Thu).

Overview
Join a large-scale modernization initiative replacing a legacy graduate awards platform with Blackbaud Award Management to support enhanced awards processes and services. This role leads the testing lifecycle across BBAM configuration, PeopleSoft ERP integrations, and phased data conversion and migration activities. The project supports the decommissioning of the existing GSMS platform and includes validation of both administrative workflows and the student portal experience.

Contract, Edmonton, Hybrid, Working Hours: MST

Must Haves

5+ years in a Test Lead role

Experience testing batch-based integrations ( Flat file/SFTP ) and complex data migrations

Experience defining and executing validation strategy for phased go-lives

Strong leadership ability to lead a mix of technical analysts and business SMEs in a hybrid, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

PeopleSoft ERP integration testing exposure

Phased go-live validation strategy experience

Responsibilities

Develop quality assurance strategy and test plans

Lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle across project workstreams

Validate BBAM administrative workflows and student portal functionality

Test batch-based integrations between BBAM and PeopleSoft ERP systems

Define and execute validation activities for phased data migration go-live stages

Work with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into testing requirements

Develop and maintain testing documentation
