You will review contractor reports, manage invoices, and collaborate with multiple departments to resolve discrepancies effectively. This role is essential for maintaining financial precision in a groundbreaking facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review contractor progress reports and payment applications
• Maintain comprehensive invoice tracking systems




• Submit invoice workflows in Oracle Aconex
• Track approved invoices in SAP S/4HANA
• Compile cost data and performance reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields preferred
• 3+ years of experience in construction or contract administration
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Aconex
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with Ontario's Construction Act
