The Region of Durham is establishing a dedicated nursing team for its new long term care home in Seaton Village, opening in early 2027. We are seeking Registered Nurses for both part time and some full-time positions across various locations. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess nursing care needs of residents
• Develop and evaluate nursing care plans
• Supervise Registered Practical Nurses and support staff
• Communicate with residents and families clearly
• Ensure compliance with safety practices

Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Registration as an RN
• Current BLS/BCLS certification (within last year)
• Experience in geriatric or long term care
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Physical capability to perform job duties
