Ledcor Highways Ltd. is looking for passionate team players from October to April for seasonal road maintenance roles. This position requires a valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver's license and offers extensive training to operate snowplows and heavy equipment. Enjoy working outdoors and contributing to critical highway safety initiatives throughout Alberta’s winter months.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and wheel loaders
• Assist with crack sealing and pothole repairs
• Maintain highway signage and bridges
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Support labor duties as required

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 license with air endorsement
• Transparent 3-year driver’s abstract
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
• Successful pre-employment drug testing
• Previous snowplow operation experience is an asset
