Purpose: We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring the timely delivery of products while minimizing costs and maintaining high-quality standards. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and implement effective supply chain strategies.
Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure seamless operations
Monitor inventory levels and implement replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts
Utilize data analysis tools to forecast demand and guide procurement decisions




Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Requirements: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP)
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Experience using supply chain analytics software
Understanding of logistics and transportation management systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Adaptability in a rapid-paced, changing environment
Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement
Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
