Strong experience in
**talent acquisition** , ideally in financial services, consulting or commercial roles.

Hands‑on mastery of
**direct sourcing**
and
**structured selection** .
**Comfort with AI-powered tools** , which are fully integrated in our TA workflow.
**Workday proficiency is a highly valuable**
nice to have **.**
A natural ability to
**influence, prioritize and make strong decisions** .
**Mandatory bilingualism (French & English)**
to effectively support Quebec and Atlantic regions.
**Hybrid work model** :
