Background
Soap for Hope Canada is a federally registered non-profit with a mission to change lives by providing hope and dignity through hygiene. We work with hotels by diverting hygiene amenities and linens from landfill, reprocess them, then provide these products at no charge to Community Facilities serving vulnerable people. We have had exponential growth and work hard to meet the growing demands in our communities. Join our team to help us help others.
Since 2015, Soap for Hope Canada has grown from helping 5 shelters to supporting over 550 Community Facilities in BC & AB. We serve Shelters, Transitional Homes, Food Banks, low-income Schools, low-income Senior Facilities/programs, Refugees, and Indigenous Communities. This program has huge growth potential. Not only are we helping people, but we are also helping hotels reduce waste from entering our landfill. We have up to 20 volunteers a day doing a variety of tasks.
We offer volunteer opportunities to a diverse group of people with a range of skill sets.
